Bridge Advantage, LLC, doing business as BridgeVA ("BridgeVA," "we," "us," or "our"), is a United States company that places trained virtual assistants with real estate professionals and other businesses. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit bridgeva.com (the "Site"), book a call, take an assessment, apply to work with us, or use our services, and how we use and protect that information.
By using the Site or our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you book a strategy call, request a report, complete the Outsourcing Assessment, subscribe to our newsletter, download a resource, submit a contact form, or become a client, we may collect:
- Name, email address, phone number, and mailing address
- Company name, role, and details about your business (for example, transaction volume, team size, or the tasks you want to outsource)
- Your responses to assessments, surveys, or intake questions
- Billing and payment information for clients, such as credit card or bank account (ACH) details, which our accounting team collects directly from you after you sign a client service agreement
- Any other information you choose to share with us by email, phone, chat, or during a call
Information from virtual assistant applicants. If you apply to work as a virtual assistant through BridgeVA, we collect the information in your application, including resume details, work history, skills, references, and results of any training or certification you complete with us.
Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and similar usage data through cookies, pixels, and analytics tools.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Schedule and conduct strategy calls and respond to your requests
- Generate your assessment results and custom reports
- Match clients with virtual assistants and deliver our placement, training, and management services
- Issue invoices, process payments, and manage client accounts
- Send newsletters, educational content, event invitations, and offers you have asked for or that relate to services you use
- Operate, improve, and secure the Site and our services
- Analyze how the Site is used so we can improve content and performance
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3. Text messages and phone calls
When you check the consent box on a booking or contact form, you agree to receive non-marketing and marketing text messages, calls, and emails from BridgeVA, including appointment confirmations, appointment changes, promotions, resources, announcements, and events. Text messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or reply HELP for assistance. Mobile phone numbers and text message opt-in data will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following situations:
- Service providers. With vendors who help us run the business, such as CRM and marketing automation platforms, scheduling tools, email and text messaging providers, payment processors, website hosting, analytics providers, and customer support tools. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
- Affiliates and placement matching. We may provide virtual assistants directly or through affiliated companies that we control or that are under common control with us. If you are a client, we share relevant business details with our affiliates and with virtual assistants being considered for your placement. If you are a virtual assistant applicant, we share relevant application details with prospective clients.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of BridgeVA, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business.
- With your consent. Any other time you direct us to share your information.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the Site working, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use the Site, and measure the performance of our marketing. We may use analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics and social media pixels, which collect usage data through their own cookies and are governed by their own privacy policies.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. If you do, some features of the Site may not work as intended. The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals.
6. Your choices
- Email. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. We may still send you transactional messages about your account or services.
- Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Access and correction. You can ask us to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time and as required by applicable law.
7. State privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising. BridgeVA does not sell personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
8. International personnel
BridgeVA is based in the United States. Some virtual assistants and affiliate support staff may be located outside the United States. When information is accessed from another country, we require the same confidentiality and security standards described in this policy and in our client agreements.
9. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. Payment details are collected and stored in accordance with applicable payment card industry standards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children's privacy
The Site and our services are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
12. Third-party links and changes to this policy
The Site may link to third-party websites, tools, or platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated policy.
